Instructions for Interac e-Transfer
To begin, login to your online or mobile banking site of your participating financial institution:

Choose the Interac e-Transfer option within the Transfer/Payment menu area

Add a new payee as a recipient

Select a payee/recipient by entering an email address and/or mobile phone number

Fill in the Interac e-Transfer information (amount, account from which to withdraw, security question, and optional personal message)

Follow the instructions to confirm the information and complete your transfer
